Foundational Yoga with Rachel Alexander
In this class, we practice a classic form of yoga that focuses on proper alignment. Thus, it is appropriate for beginners and athletes, as well as more seasoned yoga students. To help increase our flexibility, strength, or balance, we often make use of props (belts, blankets, and blocks) because everyone’s body has its particular array of openness and tightness. The use of props enables students to find and explore the poses more deeply as well as to experience yoga’s powerful effects on the whole person. All classes are 90 minutes.
Every Friday – 8:30 – 10:00 AM

Kripalu yoga is about compassion, taking the time to drop into your body and honoring what you need. So leave your ego at the door, and take some time to get to know the divine you, just waiting to shine!
