These gym times are designed for an extra work-out or drop-in gymnastics.
Time for games, obstacle courses, trampolines and gymnastic events will be included.

Rec Open Gym: Fridays 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Preschool Open Gym: Fridays 9:45-11:00 a.m.
Parents' Night Out: Second Friday of the month 6:00-9:00 p.m. (except for October - we will have parents night out October 19th, 2018)
Pre-School Open Gym
This 75-minute gym time is designed to let your little ones explore our gym! Preschool aged, 18-month - 6 year old, are welcome to enjoy free play in our fantastic facility, under the supervision and guidance of out wonderful, experienced coaches. Join us, Fridays from 9:45-11:00 am! 18-36 month must be accompanied by an adult.

Girls and Boys Open Gym
This 90 minute gym time is designed for our athletes to have additional practice time in the gym or children who want to be more casual with their gymnastics. Warm-up and games will encourage a cardio workout, while obstacle courses, trampoline circuits and open events will allow children to fine tune their favorite skills. Rotating stations will be staffed by our trained Cobra coaches. Ages K+

PARENT NIGHT OUT - First one for 2018-2019 session will be October 19th, 2018
6:00-9:00 2nd Friday of every month! $18 members, $20 non-members.
Families of 3 or more just $45 Pizza included! AGES 5+

Open Gym vs. Weekly Class
OPEN GYMS are supervised and organized with warm-up games and stations. The children have choices of stations and/or events. They can also choose skills to work on.
WEEKLY CLASSES are designed to teach progressive and safe gymnastics to the children. If you want your child to build with skill progression and become a more experienced athlete, a session is encouraged.
Open Gyms can be taken individually, however a program that consists of a weekly class with supplemental open gym time will be the most valuable to your child as an athlete.
