Yoga Workshop: Pranayama

At heart, yoga is a breath practice. In this workshop we will explore various kinds of pranayama, or breathing practices. We will delve into breath that calms and breath that energizes, breath that cools and breath that warms. Come discover how to take your yoga practice beyond the annamayakosha (physical body) into the pranamayakosha (breath body). All are welcome.
