Monthly Yoga Nidra with Stephanie

This practice with Stephanie Jones will begin with a few minutes of very gentle movement, and then move into a long Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra translates to yogic sleep, and is a deep guided relaxation similar to a completely lucid nap. Yoga Nidra is an excellent way to calm anxieties and access the serenity within. This class is appropriate for all levels.
