Cobra Gymnastics and Dance Center is located at 56 Howe Street in Rutland, Vermont. Opened in August 2010, the center is offering a collection of classes to the gymnastics, dance and yoga communities of Rutland County.
Our mission is to encourage participation and pursue excellence in the areas of gymnastics, dance and yoga. We are dedicated to providing a fun and quality learning atmosphere with trained and certified coaches/instructors. Our center is focused on helping families develop body awareness, positive body images and healthy lifestyles.
Our brand new 7,000 square foot facility allows us to offer multiple classes at simultaneous times; children can enjoy fitness and fun in the gym while parents enjoy dance or yoga in the studio!
Cobra Gymnastics offers many levels of pre-school, boys, girls, competitive & adult gymnastics. Our aerial training class is geared toward snowboarders, skiers & martial artists.
Private lessons and specialty clinics are offered as well.
The dance school offers adult and children's classes in African Dance & Drum, Middle Eastern Dance (bellydance), NIA and Yoga.
Cobra Gymnastics and Dance Center provides the community with an indoor space for birthday parties, special events and workshops as well!

Cobra presents its first Introductory Latin Workshop. Learn the basics of Salsa, Bachata and Merengue, develop a better understanding the lead and follow, and gain enough confidence to take your first steps onto the dance floor. Come alone or with a partner!
